Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 150g / 5 oz each)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 lemons (1 juiced, 1 sliced)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
- Place salmon fillets on the tray. Pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Brush or spoon the mixture generously over the salmon.
- Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with vegetables or rice.
Pro Tip: Don’t overcook! Salmon is done when it reaches 145°F (63°C) internally or looks opaque and flakes easily.
